OVERVIEW
The Dr. Abdullah bin Junaydib building project in Jeddah is one of the most prominent projects executed thanks to the integrated functions of the EIFS system, which contributed to achieving high thermal insulation efficiency with a U-Value of 0.2W/m².C. This exceptional performance helps reduce air conditioning electricity consumption by up to 80%, making it a model of sustainability and energy efficiency.

Thermal performance was not the only feature of this project; it was also reflected in the distinctive aesthetic design. The façade decor was executed with rich details, and a CNC polystyrene cutting machine was used to create precise grooves on the façades and between the floors, adding a unique architectural touch.
A distinctive final spray finish was also applied, mimicking the shape of granite stone, which gave the building a luxurious appearance and high resistance to weather conditions. This blend of thermal efficiency and aesthetics embodies the concept of smart and sustainable architecture in a hot environment like Jeddah.
