EcoShields System

Introduction

There are several methods for thermal insulation of buildings, but the institution has adopted the External Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) as the best option after extensive study and technical comparisons with other systems.

This system began in Europe and America in the 1950s and has spread globally, becoming the preferred choice worldwide.

What is the EIFS System?

EIFS stands for External Insulation & Finish System, which means external insulation with the final finishing of facades.

In some references, it is called ETICS, which stands for External Thermal Insulation Composite System.

It is also called EWI, which stands for External Wall Insulation.

Continuous Insulation

It is known that heat transfer to and from a building occurs through the external surfaces of the building or the ground. Many studies have agreed on the proportions of heat transfer through building elements.

Continuous insulation means not only insulating the external walls but also connecting the roof insulation system with the external walls, passing through the parapet walls of the building, and insulating the floors of the lower level, thus fully encapsulating the building.

Final Finishing

The EIFS system is highly flexible, allowing contractors to implement architectural designs and facade decorations with high quality without affecting the efficiency of the insulation system.

EcoShields executes external facade decorations such as cornices, faux columns, and window frames according to the designs provided by you, all made from the same approved thermal insulation materials.
